Do you make custom orders?

Yes, I am happy to consider custom orders. If you see a current model that you like but would like to make a change to the dimensions or materials, just send me a message and I will see what I can do. I am also open to creating a completely new model based on your specifications – just let me know what you have in mind and we can discuss the possibilities.

Do you ship international?

Yes, I do offer international shipping. However, due to the high cost of international shipping, I do not ship to every country. If you are interested in placing an order and your country is not currently listed as one of my shipping destinations, please contact me and I will see what I can do to accommodate your request. Please note that all of my products are currently offered with free shipping.

Wholesale availability

Yes, I am able to accommodate wholesale orders. If you are interested in placing a wholesale order, please contact me to discuss the details and availability. Please note that the processing time for wholesale orders may be slightly longer than for individual orders, as I may need to rearrange my production schedule to accommodate the larger quantity of bags. I will do my best to accommodate your request and provide you with a timeline for the completion of your order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All of my handmade bags are shipped in packaging that is suitable for gift giving. Whether you are purchasing a bag for yourself or as a gift for someone else, I take care to package the bag in a way that will make it feel like a special present. If you have any specific requests for gift wrapping or packaging, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

To ensure the longevity and quality of your handmade bag, it is important to follow a few simple care instructions. To clean the bag, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. Do not attempt to wash the bag in a washing machine, as this may cause damage to the materials and construction. If you need to spot clean a specific area, use a mild detergent and be sure to test it on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not cause discoloration or other damage. With proper care, your handmade bag will remain a beautiful and functional part of your wardrobe for years to come.
