What is your Return Policy?

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST CONTACT SELLER! 1. You have 21 days from item delivery to ship this item back to the seller. If the item is not returned within 21 days, there will be no refund. 2. There is a small Return Administration Fee of 15% for each item returned up to a maximum of $5 per item, which covers handling and administration for processing returns and preparing them for resale. For items found to be defective or damaged, this fee is waived. This fee is also waved where applicable based on laws or regulations within specific locations. 3. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (with original packaging and tags attached), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What if I did not receive my order?

For items such as pet ID tags that ship via USPS First Class Mail without any tracking. We will resend a replacement one additional time if you did not receive it. You must first verify your address. If an item has tracking, we go by the tracking for our records that the item arrived at its intended destination. We cannot be held responsible if your item was lost or stolen from your mailbox or front porch. USPS Insurance is available by request for all free shipping, which ships via USPS First Class Package. We would need to invoice you for this additional cost. Otherwise, items without free shipping, you can use Priority Mail which automatically has insurance coverage.

Sizing details are in the images or item description. Please be sure to measure your pet carefully for sizing. Any chart that shows weight for sizing, please be advised that weight is only considerate approximate. You MUST measure your pet to obtain correct sizing. We have spent considerable time to assure our measurements accurately reflect our pet apparel sizes. It is the buyer's responsibility to measure their pet to obtain the correct size.

Custom and personalized orders

If there is a mistake that is our fault, we stand by our service to make sure we get it right and will remake your personalized item. If the mistake is your fault by providing inaccurate information, we will remake the tag one additional time and resend it; however, we may need to request cost for shipping the item. There may or may not be additional shipping charges depending on the item. We will let you know at the time you contact us.

What if my Item is found to be defective or damaged?

Please contact the seller via sending a message on Etsy by going to your order and then send a message requesting a return. Please provide a description of the defect or damage along with pictures of the defect/damaged item. 3. The seller will provide a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without obtaining an RA#. 4. We will provide the return address once we receive your request and make the determination that the request is valid.

What is your Exchange Policy?

1. We do exchanges on defective or damaged items only. If there is an error on our part, we will exchange the item for you and provide you with a return shipping label. 2. If the item is returned for any other reason, i.e., you want a different size or color, don't like it, etc., you will need to place a new order. This will allow you to receive the item much sooner rather than waiting for the duration of the return/exchange process. In this case, the seller is responsible for the shipping cost and subject to return administration fees as applicable.

How Will I Know Where to Return My Item(s)?

In order to find out where to send your return, ALWAYS start the process by sending the seller a Message within the Etsy system. It is best to go directly to your order and send a message from there, making a request to return your item(s). Besides the mailing address to send the return to, be sure to also find out how many days the sellers gives you to drop the item in the mail. Moreover, you must contact the seller before making a return to obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you return an item without contacting the seller first, you may not receive a refund.

Does the Seller Require Me To Pay the Return Shipping?

If the reason for your return has to do with the seller, i.e. they sent the wrong item OR it arrives broken, defective, or damaged then the seller will pay the return shipping charges. But if you simply decide you don’t like the item or don’t want the item for any reason such as wrong size, wrong color, etc., then you’ll be on the hook for the return shipping charges.

Can Opened Products Still Be Returned?

Yes. As long as the item is still in salable condition you should be able to return it. Just make sure you return the item with the tags still attached or the original packaging still intact. Since items are for dogs and cats, please be sure items are free of any dog/cat hair, have no odor, are clean and show no signs of wear. If the item is not in new condition with tags and original packaging, it is not salable, thus the value will be zero since we only sell new merchandise.
