Our products ship after an average fulfillment time of 2-4 business days.

**Due to COVID-19 please expect delays in delivering and tracking of mail and parcels. Fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal.

Please keep in mind that the positions of the flowers will be different from the pictures, we can not do the 100% same with the picture, because it’s a handmade product.

As all the items are hand made, it is hard to make it looks perfect without any flaws. So we don't accept return or exchange for the reason that you don't like it anymore.

We will not be held responsible for a wrong or insufficient shipping address.
