How long does it take to receive my order?

For U.S. orders, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days for canvas products. For Canada and EU orders, shipping takes around 5–10 business days. We have production partners in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, so your order will be printed and shipped from the location closest to you — ensuring fast and reliable delivery!

Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes! For personalized designs, we always send you a digital preview within 5-10 hours after receiving your information. We’ll wait for your approval before printing.

My experience with this seller was that everything felt very rushed. I had a custom made item. Communication felt rushed. Presentation of product looked extremely rushed. I purchased an $80 blanket and it was super squished and stuffed inside a small bag. The bag got a hole in it during shipping but thankfully blanket was OK. I expected it to be in a box or presented more with care. (Especially because it was a gift for someone). I've ordered many many things on Etsy from small to very very large custom orders. I've ordered French Doors, bathroom vanities, you name it. So, maybe I'm just used to dealing with smaller businesses. I will say though, the blanket was nice and unique, and perfect for the recipient, so for that I give 3 stars.
