Yes. We are always happy to work on custom wedding decorations and special designs.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been processed. For ready-made items, changes are possible until the order has been shipped. For made-to-order items, changes are possible until the order has been sent to production.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped or started in production.

Do you accept returns?

If you would like to return an item, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the options. We are open to finding a solution even for personalized orders

Will the color look exactly the same as in the photos?
