1. First Offers and prices

All offers and prices are due to the small business debt without the sales tax / VAT. Decisive is the price at the time the order is received. Errors excepted.

2. Second order

(1) An order of the buyer, including these terms and conditions between the buyer and the seller is given by the fact that the buyer
a) "Complete Order" to him in the line-input mask entered on the website of the seller contract with a mouse click or by pressing the Enter key to send an offer to conclude a contract to the vendor or 
 b) an order by telephone, by fax, by email or in written form or 
 c) explains the mission at the headquarters of the seller verbally or otherwise.

3. Retention of title

The purchased item will remain as long as the Seller's property until the purchase price is paid in full.

4. Paying in advance
Us transfer the amount to our account. Once the invoice amount is credited to our account, we will deliver your order!

5. Payment by Paypal

Please send your payment to jo {at} jocatapult.de. Once payment has been received on our PayPal account, we will deliver your order!
