How long does it take for product to be made and shipped?

We aim to have our candles ready within 1 - 3 days of you placing your order.

How longs does shipping take?

Shipping arrival to domestic US can happen between 1 - 5 days. Worst case scenario it's a little longer as unfortunately there is no guarantee with a timeframe when it comes to shipping! International order can take 6 - 14 days to arrive.

What if an item arrives broken?

Please make sure to inspect your item upon receipt. If any of item is damaged when you recieve it please let us know immediately and we'll take care of you!

What if my item is lost/delayed?

If you item has been lost in transit, please contact us, and we will send out a replacement. If your item has been delayed due to inclement weather or other varying reasons feel free to contact the carrier and let us know.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

I currently do not offer personalized gift message cards that can be included with orders, however this is something I am hoping to offer in the near future! All messages written in the "note to seller" section at checkout will not be included anywhere in the order until we have the gift message option enabled :)

What are the care instructions?

For the first burn, light the candle for 2.5 - 3 hours or 1 hour per inch of diameter to prevent tunneling. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours to prevent soot buildup. Gently extinguish using a lid or snuffer to preserve the candle and prevent tunneling. Always prioritize safety by never leaving a burning candle unattended and keeping it 2 feet away from flammable items. Shield from drafts and trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and allow a wax pool for the strongest fragrance. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and keep candles 3 inches apart.
