How do I add my purchased art to my TV?

Simply follow these easy steps to add your image to your TV: 1. Download and Save your image to your phone. 2. Connect the SmartThings App to your TV and internet Network (may need to download app first if you don't already have it) 3. Select the Frame TV Icon in the SmartThings App and then click on Art Mode. 4. Add your Photo by clicking the blue +picture icon button and select the image from your phone 5. Select your preferred mat and color and SET to your Frame TV 6. Enjoy your Art!

Help! My Art is not filling the whole screen! How do I remove the mat around the art?

1. Turn on Art Mode (tap the Power button once on the remote). 2. When the artwork is displayed, press the Up arrow on the remote. 3. A small menu will appear above the artwork. 4. Select Mat or Mount. 5. Choose No Mat / No Mount. 6. Press Select/OK to save. This removes the white border so the art fills the whole screen.

Help! There is no option to remove the mat around the art. Other options?

*Sometimes when uploading multiple photos at once, the TV forces a mat and won’t allow removal. Uploading one photo at a time can fix it. The TV treats them as a gallery or slideshow collection. Samsung automatically applies a mat (border) to make them look like framed prints. In this mode, the mat controls are limited or locked, so you often can’t remove the white border. How to fix it 1.Open Art Mode. 2.Select the specific photo you want. 3.Press Up on the remote. 4.Choose Mat / Mount. 5.Set to No Mat. If the option is missing, try this workaround: 1.Delete the photo. 2.Re-upload just that single image Uploading one image at a time usually restores the No Mat Option

*If the slideshow controls are open, the mat setting may be hidden. Exit slideshow and open the art menu again. When the Frame TV is set to rotate through multiple artworks, it enters slideshow mode. The TV prioritizes uniform display across all images. It may automatically apply mats/borders so images with different sizes still look consistent. The Mat settings disappear or can’t be changed while the slideshow is running. How to change it 1.Open Art Mode. 2.Press Up on the remote. 3.Go to Slideshow settings. 4.Turn Slideshow OFF or select a single image. 5.Now open Mat settings and choose No Mat. Once you display one artwork instead of rotating art, the white frame can usually be removed.
