I will make your colors, lengths and special requests whenever possible. Additional time is required for special orders D/T supply needs.

I specialize in Swarovski Pearls & Crystals and the majority of my pieces are made with Swarovski; however, sometimes this can be cost prohibitive for some customers so I also make pieces using other items from Czech and other suppliers. If piece uses Swarovski in description there must be at least 1 element of Swarovski in design.

Yes discounts are given for larger orders and that discount is discussed with customer and myself with each purchase. I will always have at least 1 coupon special active. You may use only 1 coupon per purchase so choose the one that best fits your needs if there is more than 1 active at a time. My coupons will always be listed under announcement in the shop.

If the piece you have chosen is not in the length of your choice just PM or Convo me and I will make that necklace in your length. Remember for certain items I will also need your neck and/or wrist size. Time of delivery will be extended D/T item having to be made and not ready to ship upon order. Also I am able to substitute different colors on all items. Supply order may be needed so again delivery will be extended D/T production time.

My main goal is to give you something beautiful! Thus, for any reason you may request refund or exchange. However, you will need to advise me of this within 5 days of delivery receipt and returned to me in 7 days. You will be responsible for shipping of the item.
