The best way to know when gnomes will be available is to sign up for emails on our website!

You will find a section in our Etsy shop titled "Patterns & Tutorials". Here you can find all of the digital PDF patterns that we have available.

You can gain access to video tutorials, a wonderful gnome community, and more in our Facebook group Home Sweet Gnome VIP after you have placed your order.

When your kit arrives, you will find a sticker on each kit bag with instructions on how to access your PDF gnome making tutorial. If you have any questions or issues with your kit, please contact us via Etsy messages or email at info@homesweetgnome.com and include your order number in the subject line.

We make our gnomes out a variety of materials including craft felt, up-cycled (but NEW) socks, and other materials. Beards are made from faux furs and noses are made from wooden beads. The gnomes are stuffed with poly fill and rice at the bottom to help stabilize the gnomes for shelf sitting.

Our gnomes measure 8-14" tall and are 2.5"-3" wide at the base.

The gnomes are meant to be shelf sitters. While they can withstand a gentle hug every now and then, noses and other small parts can pose a choking hazard and they are not designed to withstand the daily love of a child. The gnomes are meant to watch over the children or families similar to an Elf on the Shelf.

We are not currently accepting orders for custom gnomes.

As you can imagine, it has taken us a lot of time and research for us to source quality materials for our gnomes. We offer many of the supplies needed to make your gnomes here in our Etsy shop. You can find our favorite pre-cut beard supplier here on Etsy under the shop name MBFabric. Many of our socks/leg warmers from Amazon, Walmart, and other large retailers.

We have made the tough decision to focus only on no sew kits for the time being. We are not positive if we will be adding sew at home kits back to our DIY kit offerings, but if we do, we will be sure to send out a newsletter email update about it.
