Can digitally download items be cancelled or refunded.

There are absolutely NO RETURNS on digital downloads. All digital items in this shop are original artwork created by me, Dwight Keener, and are fully copyrighted. Digital downloads are for personal use only. They may not be shared, sold, altered, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes unless a written agreement has been made with me beforehand. A digital download is exactly what it sounds like — a downloadable file. No physical item will be shipped. Your files will become available immediately after Etsy verifies your payment.

Can physical merchandise be cancelled, refunded, or returned

Handcrafted items and craft‑supply products cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned — this applies both after payment and once postage has been purchased. Please review all photos, descriptions, and details carefully before buying. There is no “I found it cheaper somewhere else” or “I purchased by mistake.” Each piece in my shop is created with quality materials, careful craftsmanship, and premium finishing. While similar .stl files or molds may exist elsewhere, not all shops follow the same standards or use the same materials. That said — if something is wrong with your order, message me. I always want to make things right when there’s a genuine issue.

3D .STL files and printed originations

1. Original Dwight’s Craft Designs 3D prints created from my own original .STL files are exclusive to Dwight’s Craft — available only here on Etsy and on my website at DwightsCraft.com. These designs are unique to my studio and not sold anywhere else. 2. Licensed & Modified STLFLIX Prints 3D prints originating from STLFLIX .stl files are produced under my lifetime membership license. I typically modify these models to my own standards — whether structural changes, enlargements, engineering adjustments, or aesthetic tweaks — before printing and finishing them in‑studio. 3. Country Taxes and Import Fees

Do I pay anything besides what Etsy shows at checkout? No. The amount you paid at checkout is the full cost for your item and any U.S. taxes. I do not add any extra charges after your order is placed. Will my country charge additional import fees? Possibly. Many countries charge import duties, VAT/GST, or handling fees when a package arrives from the United States. These fees are not collected by me and are not included in your Etsy checkout total. Does Etsy collect taxes for international orders? Etsy collects taxes for certain countries when required by law. If Etsy collects it, you’ll see it clearly listed at checkout.
