HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY JEWEL IN A GIFT BOX?

The gift packaging : We offer a cute quality black box for a little extra. To get this option, you have to choose the gift wrapping option in your cart. The basic packaging : Each jewel comes on a cardboard in a transparent package with a black bow, unless there is a mention in the listing saying that the jewel comes with the box. ** The option ''marked as a gift'' in your cart is not the option to get a gift box. This option is free and allows you to write a custom note that I will transcribe on a small cardboard.

Procedures for an exchange or a refund

It is possible to exchange an item only if it is in perfect condition and has not been worn. For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. This means you are always getting earrings made just for you. For this, you must contact me within 14 days of receiving the jewel. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in perfect condition. If the item is sent without a tracking number, it is your responsibility for any loss. Each listing has its own information regarding refund and exchange, this FAQ page can apply or not depending on the product. Refund or exchange is not accepted for custom orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the buyer's responsibility.

Error in your address

If the postal service made a mistake or I did, (it happens) and the address is correct, I will send it back to you at the same address for free. If you made an error in your address or if it was incomplete and it has been sent: - Pay the shipping cost so that I can resend it to you (in case I receive the parcel back) OR - Get a discount and I will send you a new one. ( in case you took the free standard shipping and I haven't received it back) In any case, I will contact you to let you know.

‘’14K Gold filled” is a USA industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight. It's a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over a core of high-quality jeweler's brass resulting in a durable, quality real gold product. Jewelers create gold filled jewelry by pressure bonding an actual layer of gold to another metal.’’ It is not plated. 14k gold filled is ideal for sensitive skin. Jewelry Repair & Replacement Policy

If a piece of jewelry breaks without external cause, CreationMegane offers a free repair guarantee for up to 3 months from the date of purchase, depending on the type of jewelry. The break must result from normal wear or a manufacturing issue and not from accidental damage or improper use. If the jewelry can be repaired, the repair will be completed free of charge within the guarantee period. If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement may be offered depending on the design and availability. Please note that a refund and replacement cannot both be provided.
