You’re purchasing either a self-editable Corjl template or a non-editable instant download file — no physical product will be shipped. Corjl templates: You’ll receive an email from Corjl.com with a link to access and edit your design directly in your browser. Instant download files: You can download them directly from your Etsy account → Purchases & Reviews after payment. These files are not editable, and no Corjl link will be sent.

3️⃣ How do I access my Corjl template or ZIP files?

For Corjl templates: After purchase, check your Etsy-registered email for a link from Corjl.com, or visit corjl.com/orders to log in with your Etsy info. You can then edit your design online instantly — no software required. For ZIP files and non-editable items: Go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews on Etsy, click Download Files, and unzip using a desktop or laptop (mobile devices and tablets are not compatible). 👉 ZIP files are not editable — they come ready to download, print, and use.

4️⃣ What can be edited in Corjl templates?

You can customize: ✔ Fonts, text ✔ Add or move text boxes 🚫 Graphics, backgrounds, layouts, and sizes cannot be changed. 💡 Each listing includes a free demo link so you can try before buying!

6️⃣ What is your refund or cancellation policy?

All sales are final due to the digital nature of our templates. However, if there’s an issue or error on our part, we’ll gladly resolve it. Please message us through Etsy for any assistance with your file or download access.
