Please note that once an item ships, it is out of my control for how long the item takes to arrive and if it gets damaged or lost. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and I will try to help as much as I can. Unfortunately, once it leaves my shop, I am no longer in control of shipping and handling time. Please reach out to USPS if your package is marked as "delivered" but has not yet arrived. If you believe that your package has been stolen, please contact your local police department. I cannot refund or re-ship an item if it is marked delivered. NOTE: Due to COVID-19 packages may take longer than usual to get to your designated area. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Keep your mat clean by shaking off sand and dirt. To prolong the life of your new doormat, we suggest keeping it in a sheltered area like a covered porch, patio, entryway or garage. We strongly suggest keeping your mat out of direct rain/water.

All of our doormats are handmade so slight variations may occur. Doormats do vary in color and some may have bits of husk. Any variations in the doormat do not affect the design on the doormat and all turn out beautiful!

Our doormats are hand-painted and made to order. Please note that this process does require care and attention. Our processing time ensures that you will be getting an item fully inspected and triple-coated to meet our quality standards. Please allow for 7-14 business days (“business days” are Monday through Friday) for your doormat to be processed. During holidays or busy times, this processing time will be longer as we process higher quantities of orders. Doormats ship USPS Priority 1-3 days. Please note: if you order later than 4 p.m., your timeline for completion will begin the following day.

Shipping "Delivered" Scams

Due to an increase in small business scams, I will not be re-shipping or refunding items that have been marked as "delivered". If you truly have an item that is marked as "delivered" but you have not received your item, please reach out to your local post office. If they cannot help you, you will need to file a claim through USPS. All doormats are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance in case the item arrives damaged or goes missing in the mail. If you believe that a package has been delivered, but was later stolen, please contact your local police department.

Upgrade your Kindle experience by using our custom-made Kindle lock screens. This listing includes two Throne of Glass (TOG) Kindle Lock Screens - one for light mode and one for dark mode.

IMPORTANT: To use this file, you MUST have an ad-free Kindle. To learn more about how to remove the ads on your Kindle, please reach out to Amazon Support. There will be a border on the right and left side of the image, due to the way Kindles are set up.

How To Use:
First, and most importantly, your Kindle MUST be Ad-Free.

On your Kindle, click “Settings” then “Device Options”. Toggle the “Display Cover” option to On to show the cover of what you are currently reading.

Download your Etsy purchase and send it to your Kindle. (Go to amazon.com/sendtokindle and upload the download from your Etsy purchase.)

Once sent, the new cover will show up in your Library. When you click the book and lock your Kindle, it will now show the design as your cover.

Please note that your Kindle will always show the cover of what you’re currently reading. After you finish reading your book and want to show the purchased cover, you’ll need to go back to your Library and open the purchased cover before locking your screen. Otherwise, your lock screen will show the cover of the book that you’re currently reading.
