How do I access my invitation template?

To access your template you need to download a PDF which will have access to your invitation template, video instructions and important sending instructions. Go to your Purchases, find your order and click on the "Download Files" button. NOTE FOR PHONE USERS: You will only be able to download the PDF if you logon to Etsy in a browser on your phone. You cannot access the Download files from the Etsy app.

How do I send my digital invitation by text message?

Most mobile phone providers (Telco Providers) compress videos sent through text messages. This can significantly reduce the quality of your invitation, making it blurry or pixelated. To ensure your guests see your invitation in all its glory, we recommend sharing it using a Public View Link instead. Share via Public View Link on Canva: Go to "Share" (desktop) or tap the up arrow top right (mobile). Select "Public View Link" and create it. Copy this link and share it with your guests. Use a link shortening service like tinyurl.com: This is especially helpful as the link is long.

How do I add music to my invitation?

I've provided video instructions to show how to edit your invitation and add music. Go to https://youtu.be/PsOL94tajEc for these instructions.

Can I print my digital invitation?

Absolutely! Go to Share, then Download, click on File Type and select PDF Print and download. Note that the invitation will be in the same dimensions as viewed.

How does the template work?

You are purchasing the Canva template for your invitation. Canva is an easy to use online editing tool. You do not need to pay to use Canva. All my invitations are DIY.

Depending on the invitation most elements on my invitations can be edited. This means that you can edit the text, change colors, add photos, music and much more.
