Most of our items are made-to-order through our print partners and cannot be returned for change of mind; our dashboard dolls, shipped directly by us, follow the same policy unless stated otherwise on the listing. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via Etsy messages or directly at aloha@littlealoha.co within 1 days with a photo and we will make it right. 🌺

We are sending all over the world and all packages have a registration number, they can be tracked in the Post tracking system. It takes around 14-30 business days all over the world. We're not responsible for customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or delays caused by customs in your country. For lost or damaged international orders, please see our "Lost or Undelivered Package" and "What should I do if the item arrives damaged?" sections below for how we handle these. Please note that if the item is returned due to being unclaimed, the buyer covers shipping costs and, if required, re-shipping costs at all times.

Lost or Undelivered Package

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If your order is not collected in time from your local postal office, if it it is lost at destination or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address the buyer is responsible and any subsequent reshipment fee will be assessed at the time and shared with the buyer. If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation. If the package is officially recognised as lost, 100% refund is guaranteed. The buyer is responsible for incorrect shipping data. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address from the buyer, the seller does not bear any responsibility.

Please note that colours you see on your monitor may differ from item colours.

What should I do if the item arrives damaged?

We use the best delivery service and take item insurance during shipment but sometimes items can get damaged. If so please contact me within 24 hours after the item is delivered and as marked on the red sticker on the box make photos of the damaged box (shipping company won't accept claims for damage without damaged box photos). Once the box is opened please take photos of all damaged details and mark in the instruction which details those are. Send me all information so we can solve it.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Yes — international orders (EU, UK) may incur customs duties/import charges, which are the buyer's responsibility. Since July 2026, EU postal services strictly enforce new customs duties. If a buyer refuses to pay these local fees when contacted by their postal service, the parcel will be returned or abandoned, and we are unable to refund the item cost.

What do I need to know about shipping estimates, tracking, and delays?

The "Expected Delivery" date is a carrier estimate, not a guarantee. Once dispatched, transit times and postal delays are outside our control. We cannot refund orders that arrive late or miss a specific event, so please order early with a generous buffer! It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking number. If a package is returned because it wasn't collected from your post office, the buyer covers re-shipping fees. Lastly, please allow extra transit time for Hawaii & outer islands.

Do you offer custom designs or personalized items?

We do offer personalization on select items, such as our custom name phone cases, chopping boards, and the Little Aloha children's book! If an item can be customized, it will be clearly stated in the listing with instructions on how to provide your details. For all other products, to keep our production moving quickly, they are made-to-order exactly as pictured and we cannot accept custom design requests or alterations.
