When will my package be shipped?

I always pack & ships my orders within 1 -3 working days. How long it takes to ship your package depends a bit on how many orders I received before yours! Do you need the item as fast as possible because you need it before a specific date? Please message me!

How long will my shipment take?

The Netherlands: 1 - 2 working days Europe: 1 - 2 weeks U.S. and Canada: 2 - 3 weeks Rest of the world: 2,5 - 3 weeks Are you curious about the exact shipping time to your country? Does my shipment have tracking?

No, unless you selected the "shipping with track and trace" option while placing your order. I do send all my packages with a barcode, but this is not a tracking code. I purely provide this for my own administration. If you have selected 'shipping with track and trace" a tracking code will be provided.

My shipment is taking longer as expected. Are there delays?

If your package is taking longer as expected, there might have been some delays in the shipment of your order. Please mention I'm not able to provide specific info on the delay of your package if you selected a shipment without a track & trace. Will my order be in time for Christmas?

Yes! On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers (including Etsy shops) selling to buyers in Germany. The mugs are made of white ceramic and have a black inside.
