Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. After that time we will have already started designing your blanket. Because each blanket is designed especially for you, we are unable to cancel your order after the 24 hour time period.

Return and Exchange Policy

Customized Blankets: All custom items are designed by Willow Textiles Co. and printed by our printing partner especially for you. Due the item being custom in nature, no returns are allowed. Non – Customized Blanket – You may return your order within 7 days of delivery for any reason. The blanket must be returned in unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item is not returned in original condition. At Willow Textile Co. your satisfaction is our top priority.
