Do you only sell digital products?

Yes. All products available at Whispering Willow Lore are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Choosing digital products offers several advantages: you can access your files shortly after purchase, print them from the comfort of your home or through a professional printing service. You can also reprint pages whenever you need a fresh copy, making digital planners, journals, spell books, guides, and other resources especially practical for long-term use. The files can also be kept on a computer, tablet, or other compatible device, allowing you to build your own personal digital library without requiring physical storage.

Can I make alterations to your designs?

No. All Whispering Willow Lore products are sold for personal use only and may not be altered, modified, adapted, edited, or used to create new or derivative products. Your purchase gives you permission to use and print the files for your own personal use; it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork, designs, illustrations, written content, or other creative elements included in the product. Please enjoy the designs as they were originally created and intended. Thank you for respecting the time, care, and creativity that goes into every Whispering Willow Lore creation.

Can I resell your products?

No. All Whispering Willow Lore products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, or commercially exploited in any form. This applies to both the original digital files and any printed or physical versions made from them. Purchasing a product does not grant a commercial license or permission to reproduce it for sale. You may not sell or distribute the products in whole or in part, whether digitally or physically, even if they have been printed, reformatted, or incorporated into another product or collection. All artwork, designs, illustrations, written content, and other creative elements remain the intellectual property of Whispering Willow Lore.

How can I access my purchases?

After your purchase is complete, Etsy will email you a link to download your files. Or you can log in to Etsy.com and access your account. Go to Purchases and Reviews. and select Download files. If you checkout as a "guest" at the time of checkout, the download link will be sent to the email you provided to Etsy.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?

No. Due to the digital nature of the products sold by Whispering Willow Lore, all sales are final and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. Digital products cannot be physically returned, and customers receive access to the purchased files after completing their order. For this reason, refunds cannot be offered for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the product description before purchasing. Please carefully review the listing description and product images before placing your order to make sure the item is suitable for your needs. If you experience a genuine technical issue with the files you received, please contact me so I can help you.

Do you offer personal spiritual advice or guidance?

No. Whispering Willow Lore does not provide personal spiritual advice, consultations, interpretations, or guidance regarding individual experiences, spell work, deity work, divination, or rituals performed by you or by others. All products in the shop are created for informational, educational, and personal practice purposes. While they may offer ideas and tools for your own spiritual practice, they should not be considered personalized advice or a substitute for your own judgement and research. For this reason, I’m unable to interpret personal spiritual experiences, determine what may be causing them, or recommend specific actions based on an individual situation. Thank you for understanding.

Have the cover designs changed?

Yes, we updated our look in June 2026, but the digital products inside remain exactly the same. Please check your purchase history to avoid duplicates.
