I do not accept cancellations, for any type of product or order format. If you have questions about your order please ask first. Deposits on custom orders, commissions and made-to-order items are non-refundable. My dolls take substantial time and materials/finances to complete - thank you for your understanding.

I am not responsible for customs/import taxes to your country. In the event of a package being refused, or undelivered and returned to me, I will contact you to arrange redelivery.

I do not offer returns. Please be sure of your purchase before finalising, I'm always happy to answer questions. In the case of damage in transit, please retain all packaging, as I will ask you to provide photos for the insurance provider.

Amendments to your order

If buyer-requested adjustments are substantial, or late in the project after we have agreed to a design, this will incur additional fees. These will correlate to the individual cost of the service being repeated or fixed (repainting the doll face, drawing on new tattoos, removing and replacing hair etc). Amendments will not be possible after the doll is already photographed and packaged.

Some of my dolls are based on my own original characters, they will be labelled as such in the listings (e.g. Grief, which is a bestseller) - I own the copyright to these characters. Buying a custom doll of this likeness does not pass ownership to you. You are permitted to use the dolls or character likeness in photos for social media, or other free platforms, but you are not permitted to use doll or character likeness in merchandise for sale, or to assert ownership.
