📦 How long will my mug take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days. You’ll find estimated delivery dates under each item to give you a good idea of when to expect your mug. Please order ahead if you need it for a special date — I’m not able to fast-track individual orders (as much as I’d love to send them flying with wings!).

📬 My order says it’s been delivered, but I don’t have it?

If your tracking says it’s been delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, it’s best to check with your local courier or neighbours first — sometimes parcels get tucked away or delivered nearby. If you think it may have been stolen, you may need to report it to your local postal service or file a theft report.

💖 How do I care for my mug?

Your mug is microwave and dishwasher safe — but if you want it to stay looking its absolute best, I recommend giving it a gentle hand wash now and then. A little TLC goes a long way!

📦 How are mugs packaged?

Each mug is packed in double-walled cardboard made just for shipping fragile things. It’s tough stuff — like bubble wrap’s cooler cousin.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

I’m happy to offer a replacement or refund if your mug arrives damaged or goes missing in the post. As each mug is made to order just for you, I don’t offer returns or exchanges for other reasons — thank you for understanding!

Please double-check your spelling and personalisation before placing your order. If a name or detail is entered incorrectly at checkout, I’m not able to replace it — so it’s worth a second glance!

📮 Address Errors & Re-Shipping
