How Can I Ensure The Color Will Match My Team Or Project?

We offer a color chart in each listing, but if you want to ensure an exact match you can provide us with the RGB code for your team or project and we will match it exactly. We can also take a logo, or mascot, via Etsy messaging and extract the color with our design software. HOWEVER, the color match will only be as good as the photo you provide. Please message us with any questions.

What If My Order Comes Late?

We encourage you to review our production times for the product that you purchase. If it is custom, make sure that you check your Etsy messages for a proof within 24 hours. We often provide proofs much faster. The sooner you approve your proof the sooner your order can be placed in our print queue. If you don't approve your proof after 48 hours we will move forward. After it is produced, and we hand it over to the shipping provider, we no longer have control. Around holidays please remember that shipping providers can get bogged down in packages and can take longer than normal to deliver. Our suggestion is to shop early.

Will I Receive A Proof Of My Custom Order?

What If My Item Arrives Broken?

If you receive a broken item, take photos of all the packaging, inside and out, and of the item. These will be needed for your claim with the US Postal Service. Go to Go to usps.com/domestic-claims and provide them with your tracking number (provided in your shipping email), and the photos of the packaging and item.

What Do I Do If USPS loses my package?

If your item has shipped, and you have a tracking number, and you can see it moving but it never arrives, you can file a Missing Mail Search Request on the USPS.com website. This can sometimes take 7-10 business days, but often gets the package moving again.

Do You Offer Gift Messages? Or Gift Wrap?
