Ok guys and gals. As you know this is a party store. I'm sure most have need by dates. You must read the entire description. Most answers to most asked questions lies within this listing SHIPPING TIME IS THE NUMBER ONE QUESTION. I HAVE LISTED BELOW ON WHAT TO EXPECT. I SHIP FAST 2-3 day or even next day. If your event is coming up. please have atleast 10 day from order to hand. Please do not order if you are unsure as their are no refunds. We can't promise arrival dates as the post office is a whole other business. Giving yourself time is the best option.

Don't forget to add these cute little sneaker shoes toppers to your cupcakes. Great for basketball theme parties for your kiddos who loves basketball.

1. You will receive a set of 10 different sneakers . You can choose doubled sided or single sided where stick and glue can show. Double sided is just like creating two sets so please keep in mind the up charge. The toppers will have sticks attached and will all be laminated to last.

Will not come with cupcakes LOL!

These are paper cutouts from card-stock and laminated for a longer lasting item and durability.

*Sorry, we do not offer digital downloads, svg etc. These will be created and sent in the mail.

Shipping: 2-3 business days from purchasing . Since the post office doesn’t guarantee anything, we cannot either. We do not control how fast the post office delivers. Just know we ship in a matter of 2-3 days. The post office can take up to 5 days from my experience only. Give yourself enough and then some.

Note: please make sure your Etsy address is updated before a purchase is made. We cannot take address changes through Etsy any longer( you will need to cancel and repurchase) They may end up still being shipped to old addresses by mistake since this is the address we see when it is time for shipping.

1. If I order today, when will I receive my items? We ship around the 2-3 business day mark. After this, the post office is another business that has to be relied on. They usually take up to 5 days according to where your reside. Since we are on the west cost, your item has to go cross country so please keep that in mind. give yourself atleast 10 full days. A week for ship and 3 days to have them made,

We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. We do ask for 5-7 business days which can be a total of 10 before they are shipped.( props and signs) and may arrive near the 15th day of purchase
3-5 days for banners to ship and should be in hand by the 10th day of purchase.

We do not know an exact day so, be prepared to wait up to 10 days before they ship. Things happen along the way so, adding a cushion of days is essential . We just never know.

We do not refund do to the fact that every item we create is always ( MADE AFTER ORDERING). Time and supplies have been invested.

It is up to the customer to check out the shipping time frames within the descriptions and decide it this fits your schedule( before you purchase). We cannot assume your event is near. We just know we have 5-7 business days before shipped and another 3-4 days arrive in which 95% of the time, they are shipped within 4-5 days so, we assume we are early. We always ship with time to spare.

refunds are only issued WITHIN 24 hours from the time of purchase. Purchase at 4pm- refund next day 4 pm.

After 24 hrs which is 4:01pm, will be granted a store credit minus 10% plus 50 cents relist and sold fee. You item will be in the process stages by then and time and cutting supplies may have been already invested.
