My piece tarnished after some time, can I return/ exchange?

Please keep in mind that our items are not real gold. Most are laminated in 18k gold but are bound to tarnish over time. To prevent doing so, it is important that you follow the care instructions included in your package as many chemicals and improper care can cause it to lose its color much quicker. To determine if you qualify for a return/ exchange, please send me images of the piece. These qualifications will be based on a series of factors such as the date of shipment, item material, and item availability. *Returns will NOT be accepted for items that have tarnished after 3 weeks of being shipped. In addition to this, I will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.*

My package has not arrived, can I get a refund?
