You will receive a plant similar to the one in the photo, and it will be packed with care.
Please note that the default free shipping option is for first class mail, which is the slowest shipping method.
Shipping is stressful for all plants. Because of this stress, your plant may arrive with leaf imperfections from its journey. If your plant arrives damaged in a way that will greatly inhibit it from growing, you must send us a message (including photos of the whole plant) within 24 hours of delivery - we will work to find a solution! If you're unsure of your plant's health, it's better to check with us just in case before the 24 hour period has passed.

What is covered in our live plant guarantee for a full refund/replacement:
- Plants that arrive completely dead, with no viable nodes
- Plants that are lost in the mail and are not marked as "delivered" within one month of dispatch
What is covered in our live plant guarantee for a partial refund:
- Plants that arrive with significant damage, but still have viable nodes.
What is *not* covered in our live plant guarantee:
- Any plant we are contacted about more than 24 hours after delivery
- Any plant we are contacted about that does not include photos of the whole plant and description of the issue
- Plants that are marked as "delivered" but cannot be located by the customer
- Plants that are stolen from customer's porch/mailbox after delivery
- Plants with normal shipping stress, such as slight leaf yellowing/browning, edema, or droopy leaves.
- Plants with minor folds on leaves
- Plants with cold damage that went to a destination which had daytime temperatures under 48°F and whose shipping was not upgraded to include a heat pack.
- Plants with cold damage that went to a destination which had daytime temperatures under 32°F the day of delivery. Please contact us within 2 hours of purchase if you believe your location may be below freezing the week of delivery, and we will hold your plant for you until a later date.
