Cookies are individually wrapped in heat-sealed clear cellophane bags to maintain freshness and are layered in between bubble wrap for protection during shipping. Once the package is handed over to USPS/UPS, we cannot be responsible on how they handle the packages or if they are delayed.
Therefore, we are not responsible for damages during shipping or late orders. For damage claims, Buyer is advised to file a claim with the USPS/UPS. By purchasing this listing you are agreeing to this policy
