• ZAZZLE, VISTA PRINT, SNAPFISH: Download your template as a JPEG with the "Show Bleed" option selected. Double-click to open the .zip file and upload it to the appropriate size for printing and they will print and deliver directly to your door! Free envelopes with this option as well.
• LOCAL PRINT SHOP: Find a local print shop in your area -or- FedEx, Office Depot, Staples, etc. Download your template as a PDF with the "Show Bleed" option selected.
• HOME PRINTER: Download your template as a PDF with the "Save Paper" and "Show Trim Marks" options selected.
• I recommend printing on heavy card stock. My personal favorite is 100lb - 130lb white card stock.

Please note that we do not offer printing services for our products. However, there are many options available for printing your purchased products. Some popular online printing services include Vistaprint, Zazzle, and Shutterfly. Alternatively, you can print at home using your own printer. We recommend using white cardstock that is 100lbs - 110lbs for best results. Another option is to use a local professional printer or a chain copy/photo center such as Staples, Walgreens, or CVS. These options allow you to choose the best printing method that suits your needs and budget. If you have any questions about printing, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that our products are not compatible with Cricut or Silhouette machines, and we do not offer SVG files. Our products are designed to be used with other software programs or printed for manual use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions about the compatibility of our products or need assistance with using them, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We understand that some customers prefer to print our designs on pre-cut sheets, and you are more than welcome to do so. However, please keep in mind that this can be a challenging process, and we are unable to provide troubleshooting assistance related to printer compatibility or performance. If you have any questions or concerns about the design itself, we are more than happy to help you in any way we can.

Please note that once an item has been edited or downloaded, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If a refund has been issued, I will not be able to provide further assistance, including editing help or answering any additional messages. The transaction will be considered complete once the refund has been issued. Additionally, if a refund is issued, access to the template will be terminated immediately. Thank you for understanding.

Our templates are for personal use only, and any commercial use or resale in any format is strictly prohibited. We monitor usage on a daily basis, and if we suspect commercial use, we will contact you via Etsy messaging. Failure to respond may result in permanent revocation of template access. Templates are for one-time use only, with unlimited editing and proofing, but creating multiple versions for various projects is not allowed. Access to templates is valid for 90 days, and viewing, printing, or downloading content is for personal use only. We reserve the right to revoke access if users fail to comply with our terms.

Please note that not all of the products in our shop are editable templates. Some of them are instant downloads that cannot be edited. However, for the products that are editable templates, you will find this clearly stated in the product description. To access your digital files from your account
(MAKE SURE YOU ACCESS FROM A COMPUTER. ETSY APP DOES NOT PROVIDE A DOWNLOAD ICON BUTTON):

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
4. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.
