All products are packed very carefully and usually double boxed to ensure safe transit. I use recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
I ship all items by Italian Post mail or by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT. You will be able to trace your order with a tracking code. In some cases packages can be held up in customs, unfortunately this is something I have no control over. Delays can also be experienced. I don’t ship to Germany.
