Why this review appears

All reviews are from verified buyers. This review is shown automatically based on factors like recency, whether it includes comments, your chosen language, and whether the rating reflects the typical experience with the shop.

“The glass counter covers were beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, there were some issues with damage during international shipping, but the seller has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He responded quickly, was genuinely concerned about making things right, and offered either a replacement (even shipped a new order free of charge) or a refund without hesitation. Things can happen during shipping, especially with something as fragile as glass, and I really appreciate how professionally and kindly he handled the situation. Excellent customer service and a seller who clearly stands behind his work. I would absolutely recommend him”
