Everything that Vivian did with regards to the purchase of this cup was just wonderful: - She was super responsive to my messages when I was enquiring before I made the decision to buy it; - She helped as best she could to ensure speedy delivery of the package so that it arrived in time for my friend's birthday; - She packaged it so well - it was amazing to see how cleverly she had set it all up to make sure there was no possibility for breakage; - The lovely printed information she included about the product & her business was impressive too - so thoughtful, & a lovely touch especially as it was a present. i love my cup! its my 2nd purchase with her. It is so beautifully made and its my to-go cup when i drink my coffee :) Seller was also very helpful with any queries i have!
