My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Sometimes there can be unexpected delays to the postal service, eg. seasonal holidays or customs checks. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this. Please wait until your package is officially declared as lost before becoming overly concerned (times listed below). Once this time has passed I can either issue you a refund or send a replacement. This does not apply if the address you entered was incorrect. Length of time until a parcel is declared as lost: UK: due date +10 working days (14 working days total) Everywhere else (US, Canada etc.): due date +25 working days (39 working days total)

When can I expect my order to ship?

Please see individual listings for processing times. I aim to keep these up to date, however if there is an unexpected delay to your order I will keep you updated. Please let me know if you need items for a specific date and I will do my best to make this happen for you. Please note that delivery times once your order has left my shop are out of my control.

My tracking number for my order is not updating. What should I do?

All UK deliveries are sent with Tracked 48 as standard, and your tracking number will display delivery progress. Unfortunately, delivery times are out of my control once your order has been dispatched and are dependant on the carrier (Royal Mail). FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked. Please be patient with tracking updates, as there may be delays at various entry points and/or customs.

How long until I receive my cross stitch PDFs?

Your pattern(s) will be available to download immediately after purchase. You will receive an email from Etsy with a button to download, and can also access them via your Etsy account under 'Purchases and Reviews'. How to here: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115013328108-How-to-Download-a-Digital-Item?segment=shopping *PLEASE NOTE: If you are a guest checkout, you will only receive the email, unless you sign up to an Etsy account. Also, some users who are signed in with Apple/use Apple Pay at checkout are having issues with receiving PDF download emails from Etsy due to Apple's privacy policies. If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to help.

Custom and personalised orders

Can I order a custom pattern from you? Unfortunately I am not taking custom orders at the moment due to the time required to make these items. You can drop me a request instead :) But please understand it may take some time before the pattern(s) are finished and appear in my shop.

What happens when I mark my order as a gift?

At this time I do not offer gift wrapping. When you mark your order as a gift, it will not come pre-wrapped in any packaging other than that which I use for all orders. Marking an order as a gift simply ensures the price will be absent from any order form(s). However, gift messages are available if you are sending direct to your intended recipient. These will be printed on the order form for international orders (US, Canada etc), and handwritten for UK orders.

Why do the colour lists for my cross stitch pattern have weird names?

Please note that DMC colour names vary in Europe vs North America. My charts use the British/European names, most of which will be different if you are in the US/Canada. However, all DMC numbers are identical, and the colours are exactly the same, they are simply called different names. So as long as you buy thread of the correct number they’ll be exactly the same. Just ignore the names! Eg. UK/Europe DMC: 433 - Chocolate brown US/Canada DMC: 433 - MD Brown *Also please note that DMC numbers 1-35 tend to require you to search for the name AS WELL as the number when shopping online for thread, or add zeroes in front. Eg. '4 Dark Tin', or '04', or '0004' instead of simply '4'.

Why can't I buy from your shop?

Due to GPSR (new rules from the EU), I no longer sell physical items to any EU member state. Any buyers from these countries will be excluded from purchasing from my shop, even if you have placed an order previously. This also means I now no longer ship to Northern Ireland, though it is a part of the UK. I will not be reopening shipping to these countries, unless the EU updates their regulations. I apologise for any inconvenience.

Why does International Shipping cost so much?

From 29th of August all deliveries to the US are subject to import duties, regardless of order value. These charges are included in the shipping price, and your order will be sent Tracked with Royal Mail PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) •FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES (Canada, New Zealand, Australia etc): Your order will also be sent with Tracking, however buyers are responsible for any tariffs, duties and fees that may apply, in accordance with any import laws in your home country.

Why is my order delayed?

Sometimes orders may be subject to delays. This is out of my control and down to the delivery carrier and/or customs in your particular country. -CURRENT EXPECTED DELAYS- *USA: All orders are currently subject to delays due to the new tariff import system. Please be patient and understand that delivery times are out of my control once your order has been dispatched and are dependent on the carrier (Royal Mail) and customs officials. *CANADA: When Canada Post is on strike, please expect delays to your order's arrival, and/or suspension of delivery until the strikes are lifted.

I really like the patterns from this shop and have ordered several of them now, but my only complaint is that the patterns are cut off on each page - in my experience, when patterns span multiple pages, they are usually grayed out for one or two spaces to show you what you did on the previous page to help you not get lost. Other than that, love it!!

Great pattern. My only complaint is the pattern doesn't double up on lines when you switch to a new page. I have had to go to the example to make sure I was lining my stitches correctly.
