Your shop policy says not returns or exchanges, but I received a defective item or the incorrect size. What can I do?

While I have a 'no returns or exchanges' policy if you receive a defective item or an item in a size DIFFERENT from what you ordered, reach out to me within 48 hours of receiving your order via messages in your order information immediately. Please include a picture(s) of the defect (or tag showing incorrect size) making sure you can see the complete item- I may also require additional photos and confirmation of your order number. ****Please refer to size charts before ordering and keep in mind that colors may appear different in person then they do on screen due to a variety of factors including screen settings, color the graphics/text are printed on, editing, etc.****

Do you sell outside of the United States?

Currently, I do not accept orders outside of the United States. As much as I would love to accept orders from everywhere, the burden of tax laws and regulations is too cumbersome.

Custom and personalized orders

Please message me if there is an item you would like to see in a different size or if you would like to see a design on a different item. If you would like to have custom text applied to an item, message me with what item would like along with the custom text you would like. I do not accept any requests for custom text that I deem to be offensive, profane, politically divisive, or morally conflicting. While I do my best to fulfill all requests there are times where my schedule simply does not allow for the time and I will have no choice but to decline. A fee will be applied to full custom designs.

Are Rash Guards water safe?

Our Long sleeve rash guards are safe to use in water and UPF 50+. To extend the life of your Rash Guard, thoroughly rinse it after each use to remove any chlorine or salt residue.

My order hasn't shipped yet, what do I do?

The unfortunate reality is that sometimes delays can happen and I will do everything I can to make sure that your items get shipped as quickly as possible- if you see that your ship by date has passed and you do not have a shipping update please feel free to reach out. In most cases your order will ship within 2 days excluding weekends and holidays.

What do I do if the tracking says that the package was delivered but I still have not received it?

In cases like this first check around where you generally receive packages, sometimes packages get placed in unexpected areas like behind planter boxes. If you can't locate the package, it may be the case that shipper mistakenly marked your package as delivered and may still deliver it within 24-48 hours. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the shipping company should there be delivery issues.

The expected ship date has passed and I haven't received a tracking update.

In most cases your order will ship within 2 days excluding weekends and holidays. If 2 business days have passed and you still have not received your tracking information please message, in most cases the tracking information did not link properly, and I will reattach the link as when as message you the tracking information directly. If production delays have resulted in your order not being shipped on time, I will do what I can to provide you an update on the production status of your order and an updated expected ship date.

For sublimated clothing items, I always recommend that you turn your items inside out then was on a cold cycle and hang to dry. Be sure there is no Velcro or other materials in the washer that could cause snags to your sublimated item. For T-shirts, I recommend that you wash them inside out on a cold cycle as well and be sure not to overload your washer as this may result in wear and fading to graphics. Dry on low. For sweatshirts and hoodies, I personally wash mine on a gentle cycle making sure not to overload the washer then hang them up to dry to help slow piling on the fleece inside however you can wash them just as you would a graphic t-shirt.
