Can I receive my item(s) by a certain date?

You may or may not, depending on processing time and shipping selection - please send a message to inquire and provide the date you would like to receive your item(s) by. Up to 3 business days is our usual time for processing orders, but depending on order volume and which items are in stock already, your order may be processed faster. You may also select a faster USPS shipping time during checkout. Shipping prices for faster delivery dates will go up - note that these prices are determined by USPS. Please also note that holidays can affect USPS delivery dates.

There is an issue with the item(s) I received, what should I do?

Please reach out regarding any issues with your items. Customer satisfaction is a top priority!

Do you accept cancellations?

If the order is made by mistake and / or the buyer reaches out quickly, that is possible. We can cancel it and you will get a full refund, however, keep in mind that we process and ship orders quickly and cannot cancel orders for items that have already been sent out.

Can you issue refunds?

Refunds for shipping may be issued if we are able to combine items from multiple orders into one box. Once we send out the items, we cannot issue refunds.

My package is lost or I did not receive my package. What can I do?

We are not responsible for lost / stolen / undelivered packages tracked with USPS, but please reach out to us so that we can assist you with filing a claim. You can file a claim online with USPS for them to review and possibly refund you. We can provide you with your order receipt and the information you will need to file the claim. Buyer is responsible for any re-shipping costs involving issues with USPS.

Is the material used to make the cutters food safe?

Though PLA is generally considered food safe, there is no advertising or labeling from the manufacturer of our PLA that states it is "food safe". We print our clay cutters, have tested them and recommend them to be used for polymer clay crafts.

Can I use your clay cutters for ceramic clay?

We have not tested our cutters for other types of clay that are not polymer clay. We print our clay cutters, have tested them and recommend them to be used for polymer clay crafts.

This is a digital download and therefore no physical product will be delivered. You will receive a ZIP file with 1 Color Mixing Guide PDF and 7 PNG files for the recipe cards, each containing 9 recipes (63 total recipes grouped by shades). Please resize these as you wish. All files are intellectual property of SylhouetteHandmade and not intended for distribution or reselling.

Note: some recipes include simple fractions (1/8, 1/4, and 1/2) that are easy for cutting. The alternative whole number parts is also given in parenthesis - already calculated for you - see example below.
