I had a great experience with customer service. They were always helpful and kind. The tabletop for my desk did have a dent from transit. It was explained to me that they limited on packaging options due to the possibility of customs inspections. The assembly videos are helpful and very welcome compared to IKEA’s paper instructions. However, the videos do feel slightly rushed (you can always change the playback speed on YouTube) and one QR code for a video was outdated because it cut off in mid assembly. The desk will take some time to go through its “wearing in” phase as I adjust and raise/lower the tabletop. The kneeling chair was a breeze to assemble. I may replace the pads with something thicker in the future, but I am happy with the chair overall. A clever pair of products. Five Stars.
