⚜️ My velvet pillow cover arrived with a crease. How do I get rid of it?

⚜️ The crease (line across) is normal to happen because the piece has to be folded for shipping. There is no way of avoiding it. This crease will come off completely with steam. Do not iron velvet as this practice will damage it. Apply the same practice on linen pillow covers, linen blends, cotton, or cotton blend pieces.

⚜️ Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations on handmade pillow covers and or pillow inserts after delivery? ⚜️ Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

⚜️ Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for alterations after purchase. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. ⚜️ No refunds will be offered. If your package was damaged during transit you will have the option to purchase insurance. Follow this link: https://etsy.me/47CJtYH. Note: When submitting an insurance claim You MUST have photos of the item and retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. We make every effort to photograph and depict the authentic fabric details of our items in the shop, but experiencing the fabric in your home is sometimes necessary. Although we aim for accurate color representation, variations may occur due to differences in monitors and devices. Hence, we offer convenient 4x4 inch fabric swatches for easy ordering.

⚜️ What are the finished dimensions of pillow covers and pillow inserts?

⚜️ The finished size of all of our pillow covers are listed with the exact dimensions. For example: a 20"x20” pillow cover is finished at 20"x 20". All pillow inserts are finished an inch larger. Example: An insert made for a 20"x20" pillow cover will be finished at 21"x21" inches. An insert made for a 12"x36" lumbar cover will be finished at 13"x37" inches. Note that the pillow cover and insert dimensions are measured when flat. Once the pillow is filled with its insert, it may appear to be slightly smaller.

Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped? If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
