You will want to take or upload your PDF or PNG to your local print shop or store with a printing department. Personally, I order mine as a blueprint on polypropylene at J2Blueprint (they're online and do offer shipping). It turns out a little more inexpensive than a poster print and looks great!

You have a few options. I formatted the pages to 8.5"x11", so you can print the pages out at home on a standard piece of printer paper and put them in a binder. You could also order them printed in a booklet from a print shop/company. I order mine as an 8.5"x11" coil bound booklet from 9centprinting (they are online and offer shipping).

This is more a question for the shop you're going to print through, but it will likely be in one of two ways. One is, you let the printer know how many of each page you'd like printed. The second, more common, option is they'll want one PDF with all of the pages in the order you would like them printed. You can google "PDF Combiner" and find a free program that will let you upload the files from me as many times as you would like, and rearrange them to download into one file organized how you would like your journal.

Custom orders are charged at $20/hour of my time for digital items and do need to be pre-paid once we've settled on the design or changes to a current listing. Training Posters & Journals are usually $5.50-$10 in my shop. I can keep the cost that low as they're useful for many runners, so I usually sell more than one of a design. Custom PDF's & PNG's will be more expensive as I will likely only be making one sale from my time.

I don't take custom orders during the holidays & summer as my schedule is usually full.
