• Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail and takes 2-5 business days from the ship date.

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us
immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
• We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdelivered packages.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be required to re-purchase shipping.
• If it was a manufacturing defect, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items.
• All of our personalized items are made to order, so for that reason personalized items are NOT accepted for refund or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our part.
• If you would like to make a return or an exchange of NON personalized item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
• All jewelry must be returned unworn without traces of use, in their original condition and packaging.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• The shipping cost is not refundable.
