If you order an item to the EU I'll not be held responsible for lost orders, delays, custom charges or confiscated/withheld goods. I will not refund lost, damaged or confiscated EU orders. The new system issued by EU has been poorly integrated and is very inefficient, therefore you purchase at your own risk. I have the right to cancel any order to the EU if I deem it necessary.
