May I have your artwork framed?

Sure! Please send me a note via Etsy and give me some hint on color/style of the frame if you have any preferences. Or I can offer you some options that I think would look the best. I usually have some frames available right away. Usually it takes up to 7 days to produce a custom frame. Please keep in mind this delay in shipping.

Custom orders are gladly accepted. If you'd like to have a painting similar to one of the sold items from my shop, or some item created just for you, I will be happy to help! Please send me your request via Etsy.

Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let me know about it right away. You may return the item you purchased within 14 days upon receiving with 100% refund (with the exception of shipping cost).

Express shipping to the USA

I offer express shipping to the USA with UPS Express. As of April 2021, Express shipping is available only for mini paintings on canvas boards and jewelry boxes, for these categories you can upgrade shipping in the cart. Express shipping of paintings on canvas is temporarily unavailable.

Express shipping to other countries

As of April 2021, Express shipping is available only for mini paintings on canvas boards and jewelry boxes. Express shipping of paintings on canvas is temporarily unavailable. If you'd like to get express delivery, just send me a message and I will provide the most accurate price for your destination. Please note that in some countries additional taxes and duties may apply for express shipping.

I ship all orders with registered airmail, and they always have a tracking number. However, some countries (United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada in particular) do not track small packages, even if they have a tracking number. From my experience, this does not affect the delivery, but if you'd like to see how your package moves all along the way, I can ship your order with a higher shipping category which guarantees updated tracking information in the UK, Australia and Canada, for an additional fee.
