PLEASE NOTE: Once you have placed your order, we will try our best to accomodate any changes, however we are usually not able to make changes to the order, including the shipping address. Please carefully double-check the details of your order prior to making a purchase. We will always do our best to combine multiple orders going to the same address, but are not able to guarantee they will ship together. Once we have started working on your order, cancellations are not possible.

Please keep in mind shipping delays due to the shipping carriers, although rare, may still happen that are outside of our control, especially in cases of inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when ordering as your actual delivery date, while rare, could be later than what is estimated by Etsy. We apologize for any delays that may occur and thank you for your patience. Please note that refunds will not be provided on late packages, as delivery delays are outside of our control.

USA SHIPPING
The carriers we use to ship to USA include either, Canada Post International Tracked Packet, FedEx, or UPS. Estimated delivery dates are available on each listing or at checkout. If you need to upgrade to Express or Priority shipping, this is available on checkout, and if not please let us know so that we can accomodate.

CANADIAN SHIPPING
To keep shipping costs low for smaller items, our shop offers untracked shipping on items within Canada. Canada Post shipping averages 6-13 business days for delivery time (with the absence of any delays). Please upgrade to tracked or express shipping at checkout if you wish to receive a tracking number on your order. The carriers we use including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, and Purolator.
