HOW DO YOU ENSURE GOOD PRINT QUALITY?

With over 10 years of experience in the art and POD space, we know that there are no shortcuts to quality. We take great pride in the selection of materials used for our artwork, ensuring that each piece meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. To achieve this, we use the best materials and printing processes. Collaborating with selected printing partners to ensure high-quality, consistent prints and service, all our products are backed by a 100% quality guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer digital downloads.

HOW CAN I DETERMINE PRINT DETAIL AND COLOR FROM THE PREVIEWS?

To have the most accurate representation of the artworks, we use resized high-resolution original images. Unfortunately, because these are converted to a lower-resolution, highly compressed version for the product previews, (in part to prevent theft/copying) this can lose some of the crispness, nuance, and detail of the original image. Also, the appearance of the same image can vary slightly across different devices/screens. If color and detail accuracy are a concern, we recommend viewing the product images on multiple devices. Feel free to contact us if you require additional information about a design/product, including close-up photos, to assist with your decision.

WHAT PRINTING TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE?

We use Giclée printing for our fine art paper and canvas prints, using specialized inkjet printers that spray the ink onto the material. While Giclée printing utilizes inkjet printing, not all inkjet prints are considered Giclée. The primary goal of Giclée printing is to produce prints of superior quality and longevity compared to standard inkjet printers. Artists often use Giclée prints for limited edition prints due to their archival quality and vibrant colors compared to standard prints. Our other range of products are printed with the same care and quality using specialized processes and printers designed for the specific material being printed on. Producing vibrant, full-bodied colors and intricately detailed images; made to last.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIMES?

Our products are printed in the facility closest to you in your country for the quickest delivery. All items are processed within 24 hours, with maximum priority given to all orders. Normally it’s approximately 1-4 days for production and 1-3 days for delivery. These are best, conservative estimates and can vary slightly due to several factors. The production and finishing of some products like canvas and wood prints can take a bit longer to complete than paper prints due to the more specialized printing process and quality assurance requirements. Weekends, busy periods, and certain times of the year can also affect processing/shipping times. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

CAN YOU DELIVER BY A SPECIFIC DATE?

If you require an item to arrive before a specific date let us know so that we can approve it for printing as soon as we receive your order. Once commenced the order will not be able to be cancelled as per the normal 2-hour cancellation window. If the timeframe is crucial we recommend expedited shipping (additional costs apply and depend on the product ordered and location) to shorten delivery time and to get your item to you as fast as possible. For expedited shipping please message us and we will create a special order with expedited shipping for you. Without making any false promises, we will do everything possible to meet your deadline and will advise you before proceeding if it’s realistically possible within your specific timeframe.

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

This has happened to many of us at one time or another. To change to the correct address that you want the item shipped to; simply message us so we can update the shipping information. It’s important to do this as soon as possible, since we cannot divert the package once it has shipped. We also strongly recommend reviewing your order once it is placed to check that it's the correct item(s) and quantity. While we can update these details we cannot make any further updates once production of your print has started. NOTE: For your security, if purchasing on Etsy never go to another unknown site that asks you for personal information or payment details. No legitimate Etsy seller will ask you to do that as part of an existing transaction.

WHAT IF THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

All items are tracked, so if the error was at our end or on the part of the delivery service we will rectify it as quickly as possible, even if it means sending you a replacement item - free of charge. Unfortunately, if you entered the wrong/invalid address so that the package was not delivered to you or was returned to sender, we cannot send it back to you. The reason for this is that even if the package is sent back to the manufacturer we work with, due to their processes, they are unable to resend it. So it’s essential you double-check the address entered and change it (if required) before the item ships. However, if this situation were to happen, please do reach out to us – we will always do everything possible to find a solution.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS LOST AND NEVER DELIVERED?

This is a completely understandable concern with online vendors. However, there is no way we would allow a situation to occur where a customer makes a purchase and the item simply disappears and never gets delivered, leaving the customer out of pocket. While Etsy have some measures in place to prevent that from happening, please refer to the above regarding our order tracking and item replacement guarantee. The only exception to this is that the wrong, or temporary, shipping address was provided. We cannot assume responsibility if a wrong address was provided or the recipient is no longer at a temporary address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline. Please notify us of any lost packages within 30 days of the ship date.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON WARRANTIES AND DAMAGED ITEMS?

We have a 100% quality guarantee to ensure peace of mind. If an item were to arrive damaged or was printed incorrectly, before writing a review please contact us within 30 days with a description and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to sort it out. We will happily replace any prints that arrive damaged or have quality issues. Due to the made-to-order nature of our prints, we cannot accept returns. It is important that you contact us directly via email should there be any issues with your item or order. This assists us with resolving any problems for you.
