Handpainted polychrome set of two beaker vases and one covered pul by Royal Delft (Koninklijke Porceleyne Fles).
In Holland a kaststel is typically displayed on top of the cupboard. This set of cabinet vases with decorative flower motives has stood the test of time. This classic kaststel is still in the Royal Delft catalogue.
Polychrome is a multicolor decoration technique. The colors yellow, green, blue and redbrown are used. Knowledge of working with these colors originates from countries around the Mediterranean.
Excellent condition: no chips, cracks or hairlines. Crazing commensurate with age.
