Can posters be customized?

Yes ! Some of them can be personalized directly at the time of purchase, with a first name for example. Others are not, but don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like a simple modification like a color, a little phrase or a different combination. If it's possible, I'll be happy to do it.

Do you accept returns and cancellations?

Yes, of course, under certain conditions: 1. Only for non-personalized posters 2. Cancellation request granted within 2 hours of order placement 3. Returns accepted up to 14 days after the date of receipt indicated by the delivery service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I return an order?

Items must be returned to me in their original packaging or equivalent in strength, and by the same delivery service used for shipping. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the item, provided it arrives in good condition.

Can I request a refund for digital items?

No. In accordance with Etsy's general terms and conditions of sale, no refunds can be given for digital items. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact me so that we can find a solution together.

Why are postage costs added to digital posters?

I sell both paper and digital versions in the same ad, and since Etsy doesn't differentiate between the two, shipping costs may be automatically added, even on pdf posters. Don't worry, I always refund these charges within a few hours of placing your order.

How do you print your posters?

I use professional printing equipment, which means I can personally print each poster for Europe to order, and in a very short time. No stock, no waste, perfect for the planet! For orders outside Europe, I've opted for a print and delivery service provider with a network of printers in many countries around the world. This has the advantage of considerably reducing carbon emissions due to long-distance transport, and significantly lowering delivery costs for the buyer.

Are posters sold framed?

No, as specified in the ads, the posters are sold unframed, so you can choose the style of framing that best suits your interior. You'll find a wide range of frames to suit all budgets.

How are my posters shipped?

To France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain and Portugal: shipment to a Mondial Relay point. Choose the nearest relay point to your address. To the rest of the world: home delivery. Even the smallest posters are shipped in sturdy triangular tubes for maximum protection.
