Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are shipped in a gift box with a ribbon and a flower. You will not need to worry about packaging. If you want me to put a greeting card - write to me. It will be free.

The time it takes to make the jewelry takes 1-5 days. Ship all orders from Monday to Saturday. There are no shipments on holidays. Delivery times are listed above. In each country they are different. Time of manufacture and time for delivery are different things. Attention to it!

Shipping & Delivery time & Delays

Delivery terms: it takes at least 10-18 business days for a package to arrive to Europe (to Italy and Spain it takes a little bit more), 10-20 business days to USA, 14-25 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 14-25 business days. International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

Express&Fast Shipping

If you need to receive our product as soon as possible there two other FAST DELIVERY methods for that: 1) First option takes 5-10 days for item to be delivered to you. 2) Second option takes 1-4 days for item to be delivered to you. In order to choose one of these fast methods, you should contact us.

Custom and personalized orders

If you need to get jewelry on a specific date, you need to write to us before you make a purchase and we will discuss the details.

If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Ukrainian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is never picked up from the postal office or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

When accepting payment, I use an intermediary who charges a commission. When refunding, the payment is not fully refunded, minus the commission of the intermediary. If the item is shipped free shipping, it is still included in the lot price. Shipping costs to the buyer will be deducted when the item is returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
