How do I order decal in custom colors?

Once you have decided on colors and are ready to place an order - please leave detailed color choices in the note section at the checkout. For all available colors please see the color chart attached with the listing. (Simply scroll through images once inside the product page).

How easy is it to apply Wallconsilia design to the wall?

It’s very easy to apply our decals if one is following the instructions provided with the order. While most designs can be applied by one person it is recommended to have an extra pair of hands to help out if needed.

Design is too big (or too small) - can you resize it for me?

Contact us if you wish to customize the size of the decals. Majority of resizing is done as part of the standard price of the decal.

My wall is textured. Will decal work on my wall?

Decals work on light to medium textures just fine (e.g. eggshell or light orange peel type of texture). While it’s possible to apply decals to heavier textures as well, but we cannot recommend it.

Do decals work on all paints?

Unfortunately there are specialty paints where in some cases decals prove to be hard to apply. Such as: 'Dirt Repelling' 'Stain Resistant' We strongly recommend asking for a test decal if your wall is painted with a paint type mentioned above. Test decals are sent free of charge so simply contact us with a request and address where to send the test decal to.

How easy is it to remove decals?

Removing the decal is easy – simply pick up an edge of the decal with a tip of a knife (or even a fingernail) and the pull slowly and evenly against the wall to avoid any residue left behind from the decal. Vinyl is a fairly durable material and each shape should come off in one go. Also, warming the decal up with hair drier will promote cleaner removal. While decals should come off cleanly, we always recommend to be prepared for some retouching once the decal is coming off.

Can I reapply my designs after I take them off the wall?

No, unfortunately when the decal is removed it’s not reusable. Removing process pretty much ruins the sticker.

Can I ask for some color samples?

Absolutely! Seeing colors in person can make a difference. Simply send a conversation with colors you'd like to see and an address where to post them to.
