Gift wrapping and packaging

- All our items include free gift wrapping! If you'd like to add a special note to your recipient, add it in the "notes" section at checkout and I'll be happy to include it. - Order receipts will be emailed to you and not printed to save on paper waste.

- Always remove your earrings before showering, swimming, or sleeping to avoid tarnishing the metal. - Though I take care to fasten all chains and charms securely, please avoid tugging on them as that may weaken the rings securing them. - Treat your stones and crystals with care. They can break if dropped or slammed. - If your silver chain should tarnish, please wipe gently with an anti-tarnish wipe. - If an accident occurs, message me for a free repair! You will be responsible for the shipping charge to me, but I'll happily take care of the shipping charge back to you!

Custom and personalized orders

- I am currently accepting custom orders. If you have a great idea you'd love to see me make, message me and I'll be happy to see what I can do. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns.

Customs and Duty Fees

- Some countries require a Duty Fee, Tax, or Customs Charge before an order can be delivered. These charges are somewhat random, relatively infrequent, but are 100% the buyer’s responsibility- as you are the recipient of the mail. This is not an additional shipping charge, nor are we responsible for covering your taxes and duty fees. Please be aware of the individual taxes, duty fees and customs charges for your specific country.

- Due to the nature of our products, we may or may not be able to accept your return for hygienic purposes. Please be aware of our policies before making a purchase and contact us directly if you have any concerns before making a purchase. We are happy to help answer any questions you may have!

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

- If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the package and damaged item within 3 days of its arrival. Your purchase includes insurance, so photos are needed in order to assess the damage and file a claim. Once we assess the damage of your package, we will replace or refund your order (if the materials involved are no longer available to create a replacement).
