What materials are your products made with?

We use locally sourced grain grown right here in the midwest. We partner with a local grain provider to make sure that we are getting the freshest grains delivered to us weekly, always ensuring that whatever we're using is clean and fresh! Our substrate is made with all OMRI certified organic ingredients!

What's your shipping like?

We currently are shipping our All-In-One bags within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, orders from Friday after 2pm until Sunday ship on Monday). Grain orders typically ship within 48 hours. Grain orders over 50lbs may take an additional day to ship. Agar orders ship within 48 hours. We usually ship our products via UPS. This mean FAST delivery times. We are located near the largest UPS hub in the country, so our orders travel everywhere quickly. Orders usually arrive within 2-3 days of shipping. If you're located near Illinois, you can sometimes receive your purchase the day after ordering! All orders over $100 require a signature for delivery to avoid package theft and damage to heavy boxes by delivery people. To avoid a signature message us!

Do you stand by your products?

Of course! We offer a guarantee on our agar, if any cups or plates are damaged we will send replacements or a discount for more than what has been damaged. For our All-In-Ones, grains, and substrates if there's any damage we'll send replacements. Our contam free guarantee covers any contamination picked up during shipping or from damaged bags. We use autoclave tape and a temperature monitoring system to ensure our products reach sterility. We do not use pressure cookers to produce our materials. Our equipment is very sensitive to temperature and maintains higher temperatures at a better rate than pressure cookers. We track our product batches and are happy to say we have yet to have a batch issue arise since we have started our business!

We sell from our website as well as Amazon! We do offer our All-In-One bags on Amazon Prime now, meaning depending on your location you can get same or next day shipping there! Our products are also located in brick and mortar stores in several states including Illinois, Michigan, Washington, and Kansas. Check your local grow store and if they don't have our kits on their shelves, tell them they should!
