Oxidized and Hammered Sterling Silver Quatrefoil Earrings - Victorian Inspired Floral Dangle Earrings

To create these quatrefoil earrings, I used sterling silver wire which I formed into petal shapes. After forming the petals, I soldered them together and added scrap silver pebbles to serve as the centers of each flower. Once they were completed, I lightly hammered them for texture then gave them an oxidizing/ patina bath and polish to add light and dark areas for dimension. I suspended these elegant, 1.5" flowers from sterling silver French ear wires and the total length from top to bottom is 2". All metal is 925 sterling silver.
