What is your turnaround time?

➔ My current turnaround time on REGULAR orders is 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Friday). ➔ My turnaround time on RUSH orders is no longer than 12 hours (Monday-Sunday). It may take longer to fulfill CUSTOM orders, photo collages, and special requests: • Regular orders 1 to 2 weeks • Rush orders 1 to 3 business days

Do you offer self-editable templates?

Most of the items I sell are not self-editable. I use premium fonts that can't be embedded into a template. You don't need to carry about customizing your item. All you have to do is enjoy a high quality and unique product.

Can you print the item for me?

You can buy printed vinyl banners, posters, foam boards, yard signs, photo booth frames, and invitations from me. I also offer the digital file option. My previous customers were happy having their files printed at Staples, FedEx Office/Kinko's, Office Depot, Walgreens, Vistaprint, Office Works, etc.

What is the difference between a digital and printed item?

If you select the printed option, you get an actual banner or sign delivered to your home. If you select the digital option, you get a digital file that you need to print at your local print shop. It is a great opportunity to stay on the safe side when you are in a time crunch.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

Physical items may only be shipped to the contiguous United States. Digital files can be sent via email to anywhere in the world.

I will customize the file and send the download link to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Review your file carefully and if everything looks great then it's ready to print. If you need any changes to the file (spelling, etc.) just let me know.

If you want to see a preliminary version before I finalize it, request a proof when checking out. Please note that each correction requires additional turnaround time.

► PRINTING PROCESS ◄

Please do not download the file to your cell phone or tablet. You must download the file to a desktop or laptop computer. Use your computer for uploading the file to an online printing vendor.

The final project of the artwork will be determined by the quality of the printer and either the paper or card stock that you choose. Please keep in mind that colors on a monitor may vary slightly from how they appear in person or how they display on viewing device to another due to the color calibration of your device or monitor. For the most visually stunning final results, I recommend printing the product using matte photo paper or white card stock of at least 100#.

You can print the file at your local print shop that offers large format printing (Staples, Office Max, Costco, FedEx Kinkos, Walgreens) or upload the file to an online printer (vistaprint.com, shutterfly.com, mpix.com, etc).
