When will my be order ship?

Turnaround time is currently 2-3 weeks for tie dying, hand embroidering, and shipping of your order. Shipping speed depends on what you choose at checkout. If you need an order by a specific date, please shoot me a message. Dates listed in order notes will not be honored

What happens if I forget customization details in my order?

I will attempt to contact you via Etsy messages for further details. Your order will be canceled and refunded if no response is received within one week. If you did not indicate a thread color, one will be selected that complements the fabric and shirt color.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx for larger orders

Where can I find tracking information?

All tracking information will be sent to your email address once shipped

What happens if I put the wrong address in when I order?

Please double check your address at checkout to ensure your shipping address is correct. You can contact me to cancel the order for you to place a new order with the correct adress. Any packages returned due to incorrect shipping details will be resent at the expense of the buyer, not the seller.

Uh-oh, my package is lost- what happens now?

Once the package leaves our facility, the buyer takes possession. The responsibility to open an inquiry with USPS falls on the buyer and not the seller. There is an option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout, which ensures that your order will either be remade or refunded if your package is lost.
